  1. A Return Authorization Number is required to return your order.

  2. Refunds apply to first-time purchases only.

  3. Your refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned package of unopened product less shipping and handling charges.

  4. Packages must be returned prepaid.

  5. All product included in the original order (including any free or promotional product) must be returned to receive a full refund.

  6. If multiple units were ordered only one unit of like product (e.g., box or bag) may be opened to receive full refund. All opened units must be included in return to QFL.

  7. International or repeating sales are final. If you are in our refill program and wish to cancel or change your existing membership status, a 7-day advance notice prior to your next shipment is required.

  8. Returns for other reasons will be subject to website credit.
